Lesson 2 of 13 · A1–A2

Work and daily routines

Describe what you do every day, including study or home routines.

1. Grammar: Present simple: everyday actions

Use the base verb with I/you/we/they. With he/she/it, usually add -s or -es: work → works, go → goes. Use the present simple for routines. What time asks for a time; where asks for a place. The questions use do; practice full positive answers first.
