Build on what you know

Start with routines and current projects, then describe experiences, compare choices, explain needs, and discuss real or imagined plans. Finish by putting your main point into a “What…” sentence.

1. Read the grammar patterns and practice the model dialogue.
2. Learn eight useful words or phrases. Notice how each one works in a sentence.
3. Answer the 15 questions using the target grammar. Add a reason or example when it fits.
4. Ask a partner the same questions, then repeat your answers without the starters.

Use real or imagined details. For work questions, you can talk about school, volunteering, or responsibilities at home.
